Job Description for Plumbers
The Plumber is responsible for installing and servicing water treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis systems, as well as troubleshooting issues related to water treatment plants and sewage treatment plants in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
Roles and Responsibilities of Plumbers:
- Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems, including Reverse Osmosis Systems and sewage treatment plants.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, tubes, fittings, and valves.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems and appliances, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis systems, and perform necessary repairs.
- Prepare cost estimates and determine piping system requirements, including pipe sizing.
- Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes in place, ensuring proper assembly and installation.
- Attend to plumbing and drain service issues in residential, commercial, and industrial settings while effectively communicating with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
- Valid plumbing certification or license.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.
- Experience with water treatment systems and Reverse Osmosis technology is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
